Our intellectual property practice assists our clients; who include individuals and businesses in the publishing, software, internet, music, and television industries, and in the arts and academia. We advise and represent them in developing intellectual property, registering trademarks and copyrights, protecting proprietary business information, and in transactions where they acquire or transfer rights.
